Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Hurricane Refund Policy
During Hurricane Season (June 1 until November 30), an amended Cancellation Policy applies. If there is a posted threat/warning of a hurricane, cancellations made within the normal 14 day cancellation period will not be forfeited and are retained as a credit for a future visit. This deposit may be used at any time up to 1 year after the original date of arrival.
Cancellation & Refund Policies
All rates are subject to change. Blackout periods apply to holidays, special event dates and special promotions. Minimum stays may be required. Rates are per night and in U.S. Dollars. A credit card (Amex, Visa, MC, Discover) is required when making a reservation. Deposit is one night’s stay or 25% of the total reservation, whichever is greater, with the remaining balance due at check-in. A 14-day advance notice of cancellation may be written or emailed to us at jnfo@thecabanasguesthouse.com in addition to acknowledging a $50.00 administrative processing fee which will be deducted from any credit due. Cancellations made less than 14 days, deposit becomes non-refundable. All rates are for occupancy by one or two guest; a charge of $25 per night will apply for each additional guest. During Christmas & New Years, a 60 day notice of cancellation is required for a refund of a deposit. Deposits are only refundable when cancellations are made within our cancellation policy time periods. No Refund for early departures, special rates, or weekly rates
